Case Study

Working with the Hugo brands has been one of the most creatively fulfilling and operationally rich experiences in my career. Spanning three connected brands, 17th & Ocean, Hugo Film Co., and Hugo Atelier, my role flexed between design, marketing, tech, and admin support.

One of my proudest accomplishments is leading the full design and development of the Hugo Atelier website, a brand we built from the ground up. I also created streamlined workflows using Dubsado and Zapier, saving the team time and reducing manual admin work. On the marketing side, I supported the creation of branded content, social media visuals, and email newsletters to keep the audience engaged.

What makes this partnership stand out is how collaborative and multi-dimensional it is. No two days are the same, and I love how I get to support both the backend systems and the forward-facing design.

Case Study

What started as a behind-the-scenes support role quickly evolved into a deeply integrated partnership. At Priestess Presence, I stepped in as the tech lead, systems manager, and site developer for a complex membership ecosystem powered by both WordPress & Ontraport.

The platform housed multiple transformative programs, each with its own flow, content releases, and audience segments. I managed everything from course sequencing and email automation to member communications and backend tech. From creating new pages and launching modules to handling automation glitches mid-launch, I’ve been the go-to problem solver.

What makes this work especially rewarding is the trust and ownership that came with it. Managing such a massive membership and content library wasn’t just about keeping things running, it was about ensuring that every member’s experience felt intentional, smooth, and supported.

Case Study

Supporting Dr. B has been a full-circle experience in running a launch from concept to execution. As part of her extended team, I handled everything inside Kajabi, from setting up her programs and automations to managing the backend for her entire course and membership infrastructure.

On the marketing side, I created social content to promote her programs and led email marketing efforts using Active Campaign. Whether it was updating a landing page or building a lead magnet sequence, I was deeply involved in making sure everything worked seamlessly together.

This work really showed me how much I enjoy being part of the entire process, not just executing tasks, but helping shape how a vision comes to life.

Case Study

My work with Isabel from Bel Around the World started with blog writing, but over time, it became so much more. I gradually took on WordPress management, SEO implementation, and client-facing admin tasks that helped the brand grow its online presence.

One of the most valuable parts of this experience was learning SEO hands-on under Isabel, an expert in the field. I applied those lessons across content I wrote and blog posts I helped optimize, many of which were ghostwritten for her clients. I also managed outreach emails, inbound collaboration requests, and publishing inside WordPress.

This long-term partnership not only sharpened my technical and writing skills but also gave me a deeper appreciation for content strategy and consistency.

Case Study

Under a digital agency setup, I had the opportunity to work with diverse clients across industries, wearing many hats and handling everything from design to marketing and backend support.

I took the lead on website projects, created visual assets for content and marketing campaigns, and ran Meta ad strategies that helped clients grow their visibility and engagement. I also handled social media management, from planning to execution, ensuring consistency and alignment across platforms.

One of the most validating parts of this work was receiving continuous positive feedback from both the agency and clients themselves. It was a fast-paced, results-driven environment that helped me sharpen my skills and learn to adapt quickly.
